Heeeeeere's Nately!

Emlyn Timmons correctly spotted that the funky kid seemingly throwing shapes in the flier above is in fact crooked-fingered Danny Torrance walking backwards through a maze to try and outwit his murderous father in Kubrick's 1980 horror masterpiece, The Shining. Nice one Emlyn, and bad luck everyone else who got it right.

Nately are back at the 12 Bar Club for their fifth annual Christmas Bonanza on Friday 19th December, and they are joined by a some fantastic acts:

  • All the way from sunny Manchester, it's The Circus Electric with their unique brand of indie-rap, catchy hooks and flawless harmonies.
  • Afro-beat/jazz/funk from the Bonsai Big Band, a sublime collective of incredibly talented musicians.
  • Rum-pusher, author and Prince Regent of Rockabilly, it's J.D. Smith.

As always, it'll be right proper busy so send us an email if you want to reserve a ticket or have a go at winning a pair of free tickets (and a limited edition 12" MJ Cole remix that might just get you out of a tight christmas present spot) by guessing the film used in the flier above. One lucky winner will be pulled out of the Santa hat at midday on the 19th.
